Due to recent and ongoing changes in USA import regulations implemented by the US government, we are currently experiencing significant, unpredictable delays and difficulties with product delivery into the United States.

• This issue is linked to federal policy and customs processing, not our standard shipping partners.

• We have investigated and attempted to ship via multiple couriers, and the packages continue to face the same systemic issues, resulting in:

  • Customs Delays: Shipments may be held in US Customs for extended periods.

  • Unexplained Returns: In some cases, parcels are being returned to us without a clear explanation from Customs.

 

This volatility means we cannot, at this moment, guarantee the successful and timely delivery of your order into the USA.

 

What This Means for Your Order

 

• You are still free to order: Our shop is still open for USA customers, and we will dispatch your order as usual.

• We cannot guarantee delivery. By placing an order for shipment to the USA, you acknowledge and accept the risk that your package may be delayed, stopped by US Customs, or returned to us due to these external regulatory factors.

• If your package is returned to us, we will process a refund for the cost of the products only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the original shipping costs, as these have already been expended to attempt delivery.
