The folds of our ties extend right the way through the tie, including the neck (where it's most important!). This abundance of silk through the entire tie creates a superior knot and luxurious drape.
A very similar seven fold tie from Turnbull & Asser had been winking at me with an eye watering price tag of £300. My new PP tie is simply fabulous, and there is no difference whatsoever in the quality of materials and craftsmanship.
